1 General Terms

Bedbaji (bedbaji.co) is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between Bedbaji and its members. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms in full.

Bedbaji reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the website along with the date of update. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

2 Account Registration

Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory when opening an account on Bedbaji. Submitting false information during registration may result in account termination and forfeiture of any deposited funds.

Registration Requirements:

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all of them will be closed.
• You must provide your real name, mobile number, and date of birth accurately at the time of registration.
• Only one account may be created per mobile number or email address.
• Keep your account password strong and never share it with anyone.
• Accounts are non-transferable — you may not share or allow others to use your account.

3 Age Verification & KYC

Bedbaji strictly prohibits anyone under 18 from registering or playing. Identity verification (KYC) may be required at any time — either during account registration or prior to withdrawal.

What KYC may require:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport
• A recent selfie or photo
• Proof of mobile banking account ownership
• Utility bill or bank statement for address verification, if required

Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete. Providing false information will result in permanent account closure.

4 Deposits & Payments

Bedbaji supports the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The following rules apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly.
• The mobile banking number used for deposits must belong to you personally.
• Deposits made using someone else's number will not be accepted and will be returned.
• If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, contact support with your receipt.

5 Withdrawal Policy

Bedbaji ensures fast and secure withdrawals. However, if certain conditions are not met, the withdrawal process may be delayed or put on hold.

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same mobile banking number used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is completed.
• Once a bonus is credited, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• The daily maximum withdrawal limit is set by Bedbaji and is subject to change.
• Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending investigation in cases of suspected suspicious activity.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Bedbaji offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions, and failure to comply may result in the bonus being forfeited.

General Bonus Terms:

• The welcome bonus is available to new members only and applies to the first deposit.
• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements — read the terms before using any bonus.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account closure.
• A specified turnover requirement must be met before any bonus amount can be withdrawn.
• Bedbaji reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
• Promotional offers will expire if not used within the specified timeframe.

7 Betting Rules

All members are required to follow certain key rules when betting on Bedbaji. These rules apply equally to everyone.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets may be voided if abnormal odds appear due to a technical error.
• Any involvement in match fixing or other fraudulent activity will result in permanent account closure.
• Bedbaji is not responsible for bet delays caused by network issues during live betting.
• Bedbaji may investigate any unusual volume of bets placed on the same event.

Bet Cancellation Scenarios:

• If an event is cancelled or postponed, all related bets will be voided and stakes refunded.
• If an obvious error is found in the odds, the affected bet will be voided.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Bedbaji reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• If fraud, manipulation, or any deceptive activity is detected.
• Operating an account using another person's identity.
• Intentionally exploiting any system bug or technical glitch.

To close your account, contact our support team. Any pending withdrawals and wagering requirements must be settled before the account can be closed.

9 Responsible Gaming
